History & Structure

E2BN formed in 1999, as a regional broadband consortium and has since evolved to support schools across the UK and overseas. We remain a not-for-profit organisation charity with a board of directors of local authority representatives. The board, and our wider steering group, ensures we remain focussed on our core purpose of supplying you with value for money quality services.
As a broadband customer, you automatically join the E2BN community and can access our member benefits. Your school is also a member if your broadband supplier is one of these authorities: Bedford Borough; Central Bedfordshire; Cambridgeshire; Luton; Peterborough; Southend-on-Sea; Suffolk and Thurrock or you are a maintained school or academy in Milton Keynes.
