The East of England Broadband Network (E2BN), as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies, identified in detail in the URLs below (and any future successors to these organisations) but not limited to, which include Schools, Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts, RBCs, Colleges, Universities, Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities (County, Unitary, District, Borough, Parish, Town), Devolved Administrations, Fire Service, Police Service, Transport services, buying consortiums and charities.

The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for a compliant Procurement Vehicle to access a range of Information Communications Technology, Cloud and related services including connectivity, telecommunications, equipment, hardware, software, services, consultancy and change management, maintenance, support and infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of Education, Central and Local Government and other Public Sector and associated organisations.

This Framework will be a single Lot sole supplier Framework. The contract will be let on a 4-year term. The successful bidder will be expected to demonstrate they can control, manage and deliver against the full range of required areas within the ITT and maintain and integrate such competing sub-contractors as necessary to ensure choice and flexibility in each category, best value, and seamless interoperability. At all times choice, service, and cost are paramount. Sustainability and continuity of supply are important, as too is the need to ensure the innovation of products and service as well as the need to manage both small enterprises and large corporations. Prospective tenderers should familiarise themselves with the requirements in the Standard Questionnaire - SQ, the full invitation to tender - ITT and the contract and its schedules before considering applying. If you consider your organisation has the skills and experience to undertake the requirements please fill in the SQ and return it to E2BN at https://www.e2bn.org/Everything-ICT no later than 12:00 (noon) 16th September 2019. 

E2BN will shortlist the applications and invite no more than 5 to tender for the framework contract with an estimated dispatch of 23rd September 2019. 

Do not submit an ITT unless you have received a written invitation to tender as your submission will be deleted without notification.
