E2BN acts as an Internet Services Provider (ISP) for its members who are the eleven Local Authorities in the East of England. E2BN provides Technical Support to them at a Local Authority level through nominated contacts only.

We recommend that individual users e.g. school or Library staff, who would like to raise a technical support issue, report it via the relevant Helpdesk within their Local Authority. If the issue needs to be progressed via E2BN, then the LA Helpdesk or nominated Technical contacts within the LA will escalate the problem on your behalf.
