E2BN Conference: - An event not to be missed....

On the 24th and 25th June E2BN held its 6th annual two day conference.
The conference provided a successful mix of inspiring speakers and informative workshops along with a supplier's exhibition of over 50 stands.
Those delegates that stayed overnight, had the added bonus of fantastic food (the conference dinner) and excellent entertainment.
The entertainment came in the form of Giles, Ralph, Graham & Neal Broadbent aka Stringfever; - a string quartet using electric instruments that had a truly unique way of playing and involving the audience!
The E2BN conference has became a not to be missed event for many people including head teachers, teachers, LA advisors and exhibitors. But don't take our word for it; - here instead is what some of those who attended the 2008 event had to say:
Delegates:
"Brilliant motivational speakers giving lots of ideas to take back and try."
"A lovely chance to get out and see all the exciting activities which are going on. It was a really valuable way to spend two days. Thank you.
Just inspirational - all teachers should experience this - not just heads and LA folks."
"Amazing day met some great people and gained a wealth of knowledge and creative ways in which to teach ICT. Can't wait to order and receive new gadgets. Networking at dinner and entertainment fantastic."
Workshop Trainers/Speakers:
"The conference was a very enjoyable experience. My first time. A successful blend of topical issues, new technologies and the potential impact broadband can make on all areas of learning. I do hope the opportunity arises again in the future to attend." Phil Bracegirdle
"I really enjoyed attending - and presenting my workshop at - the conference. It was wonderfully organised and the keynote speakers over the two days were sensational." Carol Dixon (Who Do We Think We Are? Project)
Exhibitors:
"On behalf of all at Netmedia, many thanks to the E2BN team for an outstanding annual conference. The quality of the Keynote presentations and the inspiring school based presentations was a reminder to us all that what we are doing together really is making a difference. The high attendance level was a clear indicator that your members also value the event highly." David Wimpress (Netmedia).
Conference 2009:
We are currently devising the programme for our 2009 conference that will be entitled 'Celebrate' as it will also be E2BN's 10th anniversary.
