E-Learning Consultant - Secondment Opportunity

• Location: E2BN Office/ home based
• Contract: Two Term Secondment
• Hours: Full Time
• Salary: Current salary up to UPS + TLR2
• E2BN is seeking to second a committed and enthusiastic teacher (any key stage) to join the core team from Jan to July 2010.

You will work alongside the E-Learning Strategy Manager to promote E2BN content and related e-learning activities to schools in the region. This will involve working with teachers and advisors identifying and sharing good practice and championing the use of E2BN online content, e-safety, Home Access and other strategic commitments. Training in the effective use of E2BN resources will be given.

You will have knowledge of current educational issues and priorities and expertise in the effective use of ICT to support teaching and learning. You will also have experience of providing training and support to teachers and excellent interpersonal, organisational, presentation and communication skills coupled with the ability to enthuse and motivate others. You will be expected to travel widely in the East of England (use of a reliable car is essential) and may be required to be away from home overnight.
