CEOP Training Event in Cambridge
The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre provides training for those who work with children and young people in a professional capacity.
The Ambassador training programme provides delegates with an in depth view of children and young people's use of the internet and mobile technology, and of how offenders use the online environment to groom young people.
The training offers attendees the opportunity to broaden their understanding of the online environment; with insights from an educational and law enforcement perspective. As a result of attending delegates will be able train their fellow professionals in our resources and deliver CEOP's Thinkuknow education programme for 11-16 year olds, which raises young people's awareness about the risks they may encounter online.
We have a CEOP Ambassador event scheduled for 25th June at The Leys School in Cambridge.
