It's off to work we go!

The Key Stage 1 classes at Oughton School in Hitchin spent a day at work a couple of weeks ago.
As part of a special all-day role play activity, the children came to school dressed in their work clothes and travelled to ‘London' on the train. They spent the day working in their chosen profession, trying out their skills in the workplace, before returning home on the train.
The nurses, doctors, builders, office workers, hairdressers, detectives, drivers, fire fighters, teachers and even the OFSTED inspector had a wonderful day!
