22nd October - JISC Collections National Sign Up Day

The National Sign-up Day on 22nd October is an excellent time to subscribe to JISC Collections for Schools resources, as it will enable you to benefit from extra savings by joining with other schools subscribing to the same resource(s) in your area.

Many of the ten Regional Broadband Consortia in England are aggregating interest from schools and Local Authorities in order to achieve the highest levels of discount. Many Local Authorities are also aggregating interest. In other areas, JISC Collections is coordinating buying groups at a regional level in order to provide the best possible discounts for schools.

To find out how you can get the best price for your school, simply contact Sarah Fahmy at JISC Collections (s.fahmyschools@jisc.ac.uk) as soon as possible. Please provide details of the number of learners in your school and the resources that you are interested in subscribing to.
